Shorts · Ideas on Hold
Your best ideas, off the page and into customers’ hands.
Thirty seconds on the notebook of ideas nobody has time for, and building the best one.
What the short says
- This is the notebook of ideas nobody here has time for.
- Forty pages, and the best one is on page three.
- Each year it gets thicker, and nothing gets built.
- We spend one day with you picking the idea worth building.
- Then the AI helps us build a small first version, fast.
- Bob puts it in front of real customers, and listens.
- We are Subversive. Your best ideas, off the page and into customers’ hands.
The problem
What goes wrong
The ideas pile up in a notebook, and the best one is on page three. There is never a quiet week to start, so the notebook gets thicker each year and nothing gets built.
What we do
How we fix it
We spend one day with you picking the idea worth building. Then AI helps us build a small first version, fast, and we put it in front of real customers and listen.
What you get
One idea, picked
The one worth building, chosen with you in a day.
A small first version
Built fast, with AI doing the heavy lifting.
Real customers’ reactions
What they did with it, not what they said they might.
What next, written down
Build on it, change it, or move on to page four.
How we start
Start with a day.
A workshop or a discovery day, and you keep the written notes whatever you decide next.
Then a first piece of work. Or keep us on: three months to begin, then month by month.
We quote for the job, once we know what it is.
A larger organisation? Start here.
On your own? Your first hour is free.

A few quick questions, and we write the email for you. It opens in your own email, so nothing goes until you send it.
